- The Client must provide complete and accurate information promptly. The Company is not responsible for any delay, additional cost, or service failure due to delays or errors by the Client.
- All fees are non-refundable once services begin, except in cases of proven non-performance or material breach solely caused by the Company. Delays or rejections from third parties do not entitle the Client to a refund.
- The Client acknowledges that outcomes depend on third-party institutions. The Company is not liable for their decisions, delays, or rejections.
- All information provided by the Client is confidential and will only be shared as required for service delivery, legal compliance, or with the Client’s written consent. The Company complies with relevant data protection laws in the U.S. and India.
- Payment is due immediately upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- The Company’s total liability is limited to the amount paid for the disputed service. The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
- All payments must be made only to the official bank account stated in the invoice. The Company is not responsible for losses from payments sent to unauthorized accounts. Clients should verify details before transferring funds.
- This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under either the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India) or the Federal Arbitration Act (USA), as applicable. Arbitration will be conducted in English, seated in Wyoming, USA, with one mutually appointed arbitrator. Each party shall bear its own legal costs.
